The private porch was surrounded by lush plants, making it a peaceful oasis. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and yoga deck, were well-maintained and added to the overall relaxing ambiance. The staff, particularly Luis at the reception, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made our stay hassle-free and ensured we had everything we needed. We also appreciated how easy it was to rent bikes and a scooter, allowing us to explore the city easily. The location was perfect, being close to both the city center and the beaches.

Additionally, it is conveniently located near the beaches and the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast offered at the hotel is tasty and satisfying, giving guests a good start to their day.

The room was absolutely stunning, the most beautiful I've ever experienced in my extensive travels. The staff, especially Luis at the reception, went above and beyond to make our time in Tulum easy and enjoyable. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon, exceeding our dreams in every way.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. Such a shame that the experience has changed for some guests, but during my stay, I encountered none of those issues.
